Questions, answered
Does the person I tap need an app?
No. HexLink works with the phone's built-in NFC reader. iPhone XR and newer, plus nearly every modern Android phone, open your profile instantly. There's also a QR code backup for older phones.
What does the $10 setup fee cover?
It's a one-time fee to build and activate your HexLink profile: contact info, links, save-to-contacts and your QR code. There's no monthly bill on the Basic plan.
Can I change my info after I get my card?
Yes, any time. Log in to your HexLink profile and update it. Your card always points to the latest version, so you never need to reprint.
Can you put my logo on the card?
Yes. Send us an SVG logo and we'll work it into your design. Very detailed logos don't always 3D print cleanly; we'll let you know and work with you. HexLink Metal is laser-engraved, so it can handle much finer detail.
