What's the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic is a one-time $10 setup that gives you a full profile: contact info, links, save-to-contacts and a QR code, with no monthly bill. Pro adds custom themes and branding, tap analytics, a lead capture form and priority support. The setup fee is included with Pro.
What's different about HexLink Metal?
HexLink Metal is a laser-engraved metal card at $20. It has the same NFC chip and profile as every HexLink, but with a premium weight and finish, and logos and fine text engrave far more cleanly than they 3D print. It's launching soon. Join the waitlist to hear first.
Will my card stop working if I don't subscribe?
No. Basic is pay-once. Your card and profile keep working with no subscription.
Which phones work with HexLink?
iPhone XR and newer, and nearly every Android phone with NFC turned on. Older phones can scan the QR code on your profile.
How long does the NFC chip last?
The chip is rated for 10,000+ taps and has no battery to die.
Can I get my logo on it?
Yes. Send an SVG and we'll design it in. Very detailed logos don't always 3D print cleanly, and we'll tell you if so. HexLink Metal is laser-engraved, so it handles fine detail much better.
How does Team billing work?
Team is $6/user per month with a 5-user minimum, plus cards at bulk pricing. Non-profits can get the full Team plan for a single one-time fee instead. See non-profit pricing.
